Terms & Enrollment Policy

Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed after an introductory session and payment of the course fee.
- Class sizes are limited to ensure quality instruction. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A waitlist is available for full classes. Waitlisted families are notified when a spot opens.
Payment
- Full payment is due before the first class session.
- Some courses have an additional materials fee (noted in the course description).
- We accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, or check. Contact us for details.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Before course start: Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the first class.
- After course start: Prorated refund may be available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss.
- Materials fees: Non-refundable once materials have been purchased for the student.
Makeup Classes
If a student misses a class, we will do our best to arrange a makeup session or provide materials covered. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if your student cannot attend.
Safety
All rocket launches are conducted following NAR (National Association of Rocketry) safety guidelines. Students are supervised at all times during hands-on activities. Parents are welcome to observe any class or launch event.
Code of Conduct
We expect all students to treat instructors, fellow students, and equipment with respect. SEALS Academy reserves the right to dismiss a student from a program for disruptive or unsafe behavior, with a prorated refund provided.
