When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide — including your name, email address, and message content. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate about our programs.

Storage and Service Providers
Contact form submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. We may also send the information to an approved communication or workflow service provider so that our team is notified and can respond. These providers process information for us for the stated service purpose. We do not sell or rent contact-form information.
Spam Prevention and Website Measurement
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information needed to detect automated abuse of the contact form. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site performance. Microsoft Clarity is disabled in the current site configuration. We configure our own contact analytics not to send names, email addresses, or message contents as event properties.
Cookies
Our service providers may use cookies or similar browser storage for security, site functionality, and measurement. Browser and provider controls may be available to limit non-essential measurement.
Retention and Protection
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed to respond, operate our programs, resolve security issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children's Privacy
SEALS Academy serves students in grades 5-12. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent. All enrollment and communication is conducted through parents or guardians.
Photos and Media
We may take photos during classes and events. Student photos are only used on our website or materials with explicit parental consent. Faces are blurred in any publicly shared photos unless written permission has been obtained.
